The team are still stuck on Earth 3, but through a series of flashbacks to two months earlier, we learn a little more about Jinny Hex. Months ago, Jinny is the great great granddaughter of Jonah Hex, and inherits a trunk of artefacts and trophies from his adventures. The YJ team fight back against their evil counterparts, and win. Red Robin becomes Drake, and the team leave to head back to their own Earth, thanks to a map of the multiverse that Ultraman left behind before he left for Earth to take on Superman and the Justice League a few Crisis and Flashpoint's ago.

The team find their way back home to their own Earth, and are greeted by a Naomi. They all crash at her place for the night. Tim Drake attempts to make contact with Gotham with no luck, and Superboy learns that Dr Glory is on the team of scientists that Naomi was working with. He goes to confront her, but is again teleported to some other dimension.

The rest of the team stands around talking, Tim sends Impulse to the Hall of Justice after the other two. He brings them back to the team, they all go looking for Dr Glory and find Superboy.

The rest of the YJ team decide to put an end to Star Labs. Impulse runs ahead to scout. He is caught off guard as he runs into Aqualad and his crew, who claim to be the real Young Justice.

Meanwhile, on Skartaris, Warlord battles the Green Manaleeshi and his Kryptonite weapon as Connor watches on in pain. Using a communication device, Green Manaleeshi reveals Doctor Glory is his employer and source of Kryptonite. Doctor Glory claims Connor has ruined her life, so now she's going to ruin his by having him murdered, but in the nick of time, Cassie, Bart and Sideways arrive and retrieve him back to their dimension, leaving Warlord hopeful of Connor's safety. The team then enters the HQ to confront Doctor Glory, but the scientist drops a bombshell on them, by revealing that she knows why they have forgotten each other, and promising to reveal the truth...

Stephanie Brown/Spoiler and Tim Drake/Drake meet in Central City to discuss Stephanie's ongoing conflict with her criminal father, The Cluemaster. Stephanie through flashback explains to Tim that even when a mercenary named La Tombe attacked her, he didn't bother to leave his evil life behind, and she has given up on saving him, hoping to exact vengeance for his misdeeds. Tim tries to persuade her not to take this path. After Tim contacts Young Justice, he and Stephanie invade Cluemaster's HQ, and Stephanie manages to beat her father to a pulp. Before she can cross the line, however, the rest of Young Justice sans Cassie Sandmark and Amethyst (Conner Kent/Superboy, Bart Allen/Impulse, Jinny Hex, Keli Quintela/Teen Lantern, and Naomi) arrive in time to stop her and send Cluemaster to prison. A quick fast food break later, with the reveal that Tim has reverted to the Robin name, and suddenly Cassie appears, telling the team that her grandfather Zeus, king of the gods, has gone mad...

Cassie Sandsmark/Wonder Girl has just been fired from her old job for being absent for two years, and her funk is only increased by a bad conversation with her grandfather Zeus, the king of the gods. Zeus wants Cassie to join the Pantheon of the gods, but Cassie refuses to since she feels she would be neglecting people who need her help like that. In the middle of this heated discussion a Hecatoncheires, one of the hundred handed beasts, attacks Metropolis. Cassie, sure this is a test of her readiness for the pantheon, rushes to the defense of the city, before rushing off to find Young Justice (Connor Kent/Superboy, Tim Drake/Red Robin, Bart Allen/Impulse, Keli Quintela/Teen Lantern, Jinny Hex and Naomi) and ask for their assistance in repelling her Grandfather's quest. Mid-discussion, it is revealed that Poseidon is behind the attack, in an attempt to take Olympus from Zeus. Young Justice, lead valiantly by Cassie, manage to beat him in time, before Cassie rejects her grandfather once more for the path of a hero one earth. As he leaves, she sheds a happy tear...
