To say Superman has his hands full is an understatement. With the events of the "Justice/Doom War", the Leviathan investigation, and Clark Kent's interview with new Daily Planet owner, it's a miracle he can take time to breathe. The Man of Steel has suddenly been transported to Gorilla City, who now seems allied with Luthor's Legion of Doom. Upon his return to Metropolis, the city is under siege, and the Justice League may not be able to assist him without help. Apex Lex Luthor and his Legion of Doom have laid waste to Metropolis, defeating the Justice League and Young Justice in the process. They want Superman to genuinely surrender unconditionally. Yet to do so will give the Legion of Doom the upper hand. The fate of Metropolis hangs in the balance.

We flashback to how Star City S.T.A.R. Scientists trapped Robinson Goode to turn her into Red Cloud. They did this in an effort to cover up misdeeds. Said scientists later disappeared. In present day Metropolis, big announcements are about to be made... Fire Chief Melody Moore is running for mayor, and Superman has decided to publicly reveal he is Clark Kent. Big steps are being taken that will change Metropolis and the entire world forever. The Legion of Doom's attack has left the Justice League and much of Metropolis in ruins. Superman is doing his best to fight them. Yet it may not be enough. To make matters worse, Leviathan has joined Lex Luthor and his group of villains, tipping the scales in the Legion's favor.

With Young Justice joining the Justice League in their battle to defend Metropolis against the Legion of Doom, Superman has an edge that Lex Luthor and Leviathan had not counted on. Conner Kent has taken care of the Legion's headquarters, literally kicking it into the ocean. Yet, the villains have captured Superman. The League manages to free him in time for his full one-on-one combat with Luthor. In the meantime we learn that Lex is playing right into Leviathan's hands. He and his city Leviathan float over Metropolis and the world he intends to change.

"Metropolis Doom!" - Conclusion

Shuster Park and much of Metropolis is in ruins. The Legion of Doom is on the verge of victory. Both Lex Luthor and Leviathan have set their plans in to motion. Red Cloud is strangling Superman. His allies in the Justice League, Teen Titans and Young Justice will need everything at their disposal to defeat the forces of darkness. Otherwise, Metropolis and the entire world could be doomed for all eternity. Red Cloud has had a change of heart, having joined the Justice to fight the Legion of Doom. Conner Kent is still an unknown factor for Luthor and Brainiac. The battle between good and evil rages on when Leviathan makes the Legion of Doom disappear without even raising a fist to fight. He has moved on to the next phase of his plans while clean up and rescue efforts go on. Meanwhile in the aftermath of Superman revealing he is Clark Kent, Marisol Leone and Robinson Goode will grab what they can to grab whatever they can control.

"The House of Kent" - Part One

Superman and the greatest minds in the DC Universe are doing everything they can to help Conner Kent learn of his origins. Meanwhile, a grown Jon Kent and Brainiac 5 arrive from the 31st Century. The Superboys, Superman and Brainiac 5 visit Jonathan and Martha Kent, only to discover a new mystery. Clark's parents remember Conner after a few minutes with him. Yet, Superman has no memory of Young Justice's Superboy. This is just one of the many enigmas that the entire Kent family will have their hands full trying to resolve. It's been revealed that Marisol Leone, publisher and owner of the Daily Planet, is head of the Invisible Mafia. This leaves the newspaper's staff wondering about the fate of their jobs and future. In an effort to save the Daily Planet, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are trying to get a story on the truth about Leone and her criminal organization. However, Red Cloud is about to attack them before they can uncover anything.

"The House of Kent" - Part Two

It was a difficult fight, but Superman and the Superboys have thwarted Red Cloud's attempt to kill Jimmy Olsen in front of Lois Lane. Now, she is trying to figure a way to break the Man of Steel with help from the Invisible Mafia's leader and owner of the Daily Planet, Marisol Leone. If they succeed in doing so they could retain total control of Metropolis' underworld. The rules to the game have changed. Superman is now waging war on Ms. Leone's forces. Gang members involved in a drug deal were taken into custody after the Black Label Club was shrunken like Kandor. Meanwhile, Jimmy Olsen knows Robinson Goode is the Red Cloud. However, he doesn't get a chance to prove this to editor Perry White. The FBI has taken everything out of the offices in their search for evidence that can incarcerate Marisol Leone.

As the F.B.I. continues their raid of the Daily Planet, Marisol Leone has ordered Red Cloud to murder Deputy Fire Chief Melody Moore. Superman is shaken by her death because he couldn't help her. Supergirl, Brainiac 5 and both Superboys console him and join him in his war on the Invisible Mafia. The Super Squad finds Whisper, a spy for Ms. Leone. Superman may succeed in defeating the Invisible Mafia if Ms. Leone doesn't unleash her new secret weapon which could be her ace in the hole.

"The House of Kent" - Part Four

"The Invisible Mafia ends tonight." This is what's written in an article under the double byline of Clark Kent and Superman. It is being sent to Lois Lane as Superman, both Superboys, Supergirl and Brainiac 5 scour Metropolis for any signs of Marisol Leone, Robinson Goode (AKA Red Cloud) and/or any off their soldiers and connections in the city's underworld network. Meanwhile, a Parasite from a future timeline has been unleashed on the Super-Family. They'll have to stop it before it turns Metropolis into a dead husk. The FBI's raid of the Daily Planet is still going on as Lois wonders if Clark's piece on the Invisible Mafia can be published. While that is being pondered Marisol Leone, accompanied by her lawyer has made accusations that Lois made up lies about her as well as claiming Superman's wife is from a parallel universe. However, Lois has no time to respond about these accusations, for the Parasite is attacking the Daily Planet.

"The House of Kent" - Part Five

The Parasite from another Earth has nearly killed Conner Kent. However, the timely intervention of the rest of the Super Family and Brainiac 5 has saved him. The Parasite has shrunk at the end of the intense conflict, with Brainiac placing him in a Legion containment field. However, the war with the Invisible Mafia is far from over as Red Cloud has angrily strangled and possibly killed a falling Superman. The rest of the House of Kent will need all the power at their disposal to defeat the Red Cloud and the Invisible Mafia. Otherwise, Metropolis and maybe even the entire multiverse are doomed. As the Super Family fights the Parasite and Red Cloud, the F.B.I. is listening to Marisol Leone's claims against Lois Lane while they try to evacuate the Daily Planet building. Questions arise concerning Lois' identity and her father's death. This leads to Lois angrily attacking Leone. The result is Lois being arrested.
