October 18, 2002: Smallville - Season 2, Episode 5: “Nocturne”
Warner Bros. has released a description and trailer for the next new episode of "Smallville".Titled "Nocturne", the 5th episode of Season 2 is due to air in the U.S. at 9pm on Tuesday October 22nd. Here's how the WB describes this episode...
Clark (Tom Welling) is concerned when he discovers someone has been leaving love notes for Lana (Kristin Kreuk) at her parents' grave and warns her to stay away from the mysterious poet. Fed up with Clark's over-protectiveness, Lana (Kristin Kreuk) follows the dark and handsome stranger to his home and discovers his parents keep him locked in chains. Unable to leave him like that, Clark and Lana break into the house to save the boy, but soon realize why he was locked up in the first place.
Michael Rosenbaum, Sam Jones III, Allison Mack, John Glover, Annette O'Toole and John Schneider also star. Rick Wallace directed the episode written by Brian Peterson & Kelly Souders.
While the TV Guide website gives the following description...
Nocturne: A teen who is kept locked in the basement of his parents' house during the day sneaks out at night and leaves love letters for Lana at her parents' graves. Meanwhile, Lionel Luthor hires Clark's mother as his personal assistant.
