September 16, 2001: "Smallville" Poster and News
It appears that Warner Bros. have a new promotional poster for "Smallville". Pictured to the right, this poster was first seen up for auction on ebay.com. I'm currently chasing my sources within Warner Bros. to learn more about this poster... Where fans will be able to purchase it (if at all)? Whether this is the only poster released? Plus more... Stay tuned for more information.In other "Smallville" news, the Cincinnati Post published an article previewing and rating all the up-coming Fall TV shows. The article rates "Smallville" under the "Looks like a hit" category, and had this to say about the show:
"It's pretty tough dealing with puberty, especially when emerging super human strengths are part of the changes. This is Superman as a teen and Clark's parents somehow neglected to tell their adopted son he's from another planet. They should have at least warned him about that little Kryptonite thing. It seems writers want to use Clark's coming-of-age story as a delightful parable for changes and problems facing all teens. This could be a sleeper hit of the season that plays as both sci-fi fun and wholesome family viewing."
