Roll Call - Green Lantern, Vixen, Green Arrow & Black Canary

The JLU arrive to save Star City from a devastating storm and emotions among GL & Vixen are running high. When Lantern mentions needing a skilled flyer to search the eye of the storm he immediately suggests Shayera; naturally this pushes Vixen into action.

Arriving at the eye she sees supervillian lovebirds Heatwave and Killer Frost. Their lovers' spat is creating Star City's dilemma.

Killer Frost blasts Vixen off the rooftops incased in ice when the heroine attempts to halt the fighting. Just before Vixen lands on the sidewalk in a billion pieces GL saves her and angrily flies up to end the fight.

Just before GL's expected defeat Black Canary & GA arrive and help, unfortunately they are also easily defeated. When all looks lost Vixen arrives all 'rhinoed' up and knocks the villains down and rushes to her lover's aid.

Green Lantern then does something startling - he asks Vixen to stay with him. When John recovers he thaws out Dinah and Ollie and the boys and girls set out to stop the storm and the villains.

Ollie fires a lightning rod arrow and it slowly diverts the storm, meanwhile the girls make short work of the two villains knocking them both out. With the two villains dispatched the storm fades away allowing the Javelin to arrive with reinforcements.

Vixen turns to Green Lantern and tells him she will stick around with the team for a while longer but he better make up his mind about them as a while is not forever.

Green Lantern watches Mari fly skyward and stays silent as old flame Shayera arrives pointing out that Vixen and John make as good a duo as Black Canary and Green Arrow.

Still John stays silent...

5Story - 5: FINALLY a story that has some kind of impact on the show's storylines! Glad like many fans that they seem to have changed direction to have stories that reflect and impact continuity.

5Art - 5: Great artwork this time around, not sure about John's beard though... Cool fight sequences and art that looks like it could be made up of animation stills.

5Cover Art - 5: Another TY Templeton cover - yes that is VERY cool! For folks that want to knock sense into these two this cover promises something fans are eager to see before the shows exit from Cartoon Network. More like this please!!
